Chiều ngày 22/9/2026, trường THCS Đỗ Ngọc Du đã tổ chức buổi
tập huấn ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo, giải pháp số hóa học liệu và thiết kế bài
giảng bằng phần mềm AVINA cho các giáo viên trong nhà trường.
Buổi tập huấn nhằm trang bị kiến thức, kỹ năng ứng dụng
công nghệ số và trí tuệ nhân tạo trong hoạt động giáo dục, hỗ trợ giáo viên đổi
mới phương pháp giảng dạy, nâng cao chất lượng bài giảng, từng bước xây dựng
kho học liệu số và thúc đẩy chuyển đổi số trong nhà trường.

Việc ứng dụng công nghệ số và trí tuệ nhân tạo trong hoạt
động dạy học không chỉ góp phần đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy mà còn hỗ trợ
giáo viên tiết kiệm thời gian chuẩn bị bài, nâng cao chất lượng học liệu, tăng
tính trực quan, sinh động và tạo thêm hứng thú học tập cho học sinh.
Công nghệ số chỉ thực sự phát huy hiệu quả khi giáo viên
hiểu đúng, biết lựa chọn công cụ phù hợp với mục tiêu bài học, nội dung chương
trình và đặc điểm của học sinh. Buổi tập huấn đã trang bị cho giáo viên kĩ năng
thiết kế bài giảng trên phần mềm AVINA và vai trò sử dụng công nghệ AI trong thiết
kế bài giảng điện tử, xây dựng số hóa học liệu theo hướng trực quan, sinh động,
tăng cường khả năng tương tác với học sinh.
Buổi tập huấn hướng dẫn giáo viên quy trình xây dựng một
bài giảng điện tử, cách lựa chọn mẫu thiết kế, chèn nội dung hình ảnh, âm
thanh, video, xây dựng hệ thống câu hỏi, trò chơi và hoạt động tương tác. Giáo
viên đồng thời được hướng dẫn sử dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo AI để hỗ trợ hình thành
ý tưởng, xây dựng nội dung và hoàn thiện sản phẩm học liệu.

Ngoài ra, giáo viên còn được tiếp cận các bài giảng mẫu,
kho AVINA Template và hệ sinh thái tài nguyên phục vụ dạy học. Đây là nguồn tài
nguyên để giáo viên tham khảo, lựa chọn và điều chỉnh phù hợp với từng môn học
và đối tượng học sinh. Qua đó giảm thời gian thực hiện các thao tác kỹ thuật,
dành nhiều thời gian hơn cho hoạt động chuyên môn và sáng tạo nội dung trong giảng
dạy.
Nội dung buổi tập huấn được trình bày theo hướng trực
quan, gắn với những tình huống thực tế trong quá trình dạy học. Giáo viên được
thực hành trực tiếp trên thiết bị, từng bước làm quen với quy trình thiết kế
bài giảng và khai thác học liệu trên nền tảng số AVINA.

Buổi tập huấn là hoạt động thiết thực nhằm cụ thể hóa nhiệm
vụ chuyển đổi số trong nhà trường đồng thời góp phần nâng cao năng lực số cho đội
ngũ giáo viên. Sau buổi tập huấn, giáo viên nhà trường được trang bị thêm kiến
thức, kỹ năng và nguồn tài nguyên để ứng dụng trong quá trình chuẩn bị bài giảng,
xây dựng học liệu số và tổ chức các hoạt động dạy học.
Được trang bị thêm kỹ
năng, mỗi giáo viên trường THCS Đỗ Ngọc Du sẽ tiếp tục phát huy tinh thần chủ động học tập, đổi mới
sáng tạo và góp phần xây dựng đội ngũ giáo viên số, trường học số đồng thời
nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục trong nhà trường.

ON THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AVINA SOFTWARE IN DESIGNING

On
the afternoon of September 22, 2026, Do Ngoc Du Secondary School organized a
training workshop for teachers on the application of Artificial Intelligence
(AI), the digitization of educational materials, and the use of AVINA software
to design digital lessons.
The
workshop aimed to equip teachers with practical knowledge and skills in
applying AI and digital technologies to teaching and learning. It provided
teachers with an opportunity to explore innovative approaches to lesson design,
enhance their ability to develop engaging digital teaching materials, and make
effective use of technology to support classroom instruction.

integration of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into
teaching not only supports innovation in teaching methods but also helps
teachers save time in lesson preparation, improve the quality of teaching
materials, and create more engaging and visually appealing learning experiences
for students.
However,
the effective use of digital technology depends on teachers' ability to select
and apply appropriate tools in accordance with lesson objectives, curriculum
requirements, and students' learning needs. In this regard, the training
session provided teachers with practical skills in using AVINA software to
design digital lessons, while also highlighting the role of AI in developing
digital lectures and transforming learning materials into more engaging,
interactive, and visually rich resources.
During
the workshop, teachers were guided through the process of developing digital
lessons, selecting suitable design templates, and incorporating images, audio,
and videos into their lessons. They also learned how to create questions,
educational games, and interactive activities to enhance student engagement. In
addition, teachers explored ways to use AI to generate ideas, develop lesson
content, and refine digital teaching materials, making lessons more engaging
and effective.

addition, teachers were introduced to sample digital lessons, the AVINA
Template Library, and a diverse ecosystem of teaching resources. These
resources provide teachers with opportunities to explore, select, and adapt
materials to meet the requirements of different subjects and student groups. By
making effective use of these resources, teachers can reduce the time spent on
technical tasks and devote more time to professional development and the
creative design of lessons.
The
training featured visual demonstrations and practical examples closely aligned
with teachers' everyday classroom experiences. Through hands-on activities
using their own devices, teachers gradually became familiar with the process of
designing digital lessons and learned how to access and utilize educational
resources available on the AVINA digital platform.
School administrators and teachers followed the
training and practiced designing digital lessons using AVINA software.
The
training session was a practical activity aimed at advancing the school's
digital transformation while strengthening the teaching staff's digital
competence. Following the training, teachers gained additional knowledge,
skills, and resources to support lesson preparation, develop digital learning
materials, and organize effective teaching and learning activities.
Equipped with these
new skills, teachers at Do Ngoc Du Secondary School will continue to promote a
spirit of proactive learning, innovation, and creativity, contributing to
building a digitally skilled teaching staff and a digital school, while
improving the quality of education at the school.
