Hòa chung không
khí thi đua sôi nổi của những ngày đầu năm học mới, ngày 28/9/2026, tại Phòng Hội
đồng sư phạm, Trường THCS Đỗ Ngọc Du đã long trọng tổ chức Hội nghị Cán bộ, viên
chức, người lao động năm học 2026 – 2027. Hội nghị là sự kiện quan trọng nhằm
đánh giá kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học trước, đồng thời phát huy quyền làm
chủ, khơi dậy tinh thần đoàn kết, sáng tạo của tập thể Hội đồng sư phạm nhà trường
hướng tới mục tiêu phát triển toàn diện trong giai đoạn mới.
Sau phiên họp trù
bị ngày 26/9/2026, Hội nghị chính thức diễn ra trong không khí trang trọng và

Mở đầu chương
trình, sau các tiết mục văn nghệ chào mừng tươi vui đến từ Chi đoàn thanh niên là
nghi thức khai mạc. Tại hội nghị, cô giáo Phạm Thị Hảo – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Hiệu trưởng nhà trường đã trình bày Báo cáo kiểm điểm việc thực
hiện đường lối, chủ trương của Đảng, chính sách, pháp luật nhà nước và đánh
giá, kiểm điểm trách nhiệm của người đứng đầu đơn vị trong việc thực hiện kế hoạch
công tác hàng năm. Báo cáo khẳng định, trong năm học vừa qua, tập thể nhà
trường luôn đoàn kết, giữ vững kỷ cương, nền nếp và đạt được nhiều kết quả đáng
khích lệ.

Tiếp nối chương
trình, thầy giáo Nguyễn Trường Sinh - Phó bí thư Đảng ủy, Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường đã báo cáo tổng kết năm học 2025 – 2026 và triển khai
Kế hoạch thực hiện nhiệm vụ chuyên môn năm học 2026 – 2027. Trọng tâm năm học mới
hướng tới việc nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục toàn diện, đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công
nghệ và chuyển đổi số trong dạy học, tiếp tục khẳng định vị thế của nhà trường
trên địa bàn.
Một trong những nội
dung trọng tâm chiếm thời lượng đáng chú ý tại hội nghị là việc thảo luận, thống
nhất các quy chế nội bộ. Trên tinh thần minh bạch và phát huy dân chủ cơ sở,
nhà trường đã thông qua dự thảo các văn bản cốt lõi: Quy chế chuyên môn, Quy chế
chi tiêu nội bộ; Quy chế tổ chức và hoạt động, Quy chế vị trí việc làm, Quản lý
và sử dụng viên chức, hợp đồng lao động; Quy chế đánh giá tháng và thi đua khen
thưởng; công khai tài chính và quản lý tài sản công; Quy chế thực hiện dân chủ,
Quy chế tiếp dân, Quy ước cơ quan văn hóa cùng các quy chế chăm sóc đời sống
cán bộ, giáo viên; Quy chế hoạt động của Ban Chăm sóc đời sống
và phương hướng hoạt động của Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ 2026 – 2028.

là tiền đề vững chắc giúp vận hành bộ máy nhà trường minh bạch, công bằng và hiệu
quả trong suốt năm học.

Nhằm cụ thể hóa chủ đề năm học “Đổi mới tư duy, chuyển biến mạnh mẽ, kết quả
thực chất”, hội nghị đã lắng nghe 03 bài tham luận sâu sắc, bám sát các
vấn đề then chốt của nhà trường:
- Về
chuyển đổi số và quản trị trường học: Đồng chí Phạm Thị Hướng
– Tổ trưởng tổ KHTN 1 trình bày tham luận “Đổi mới sáng tạo trong quản trị,
đẩy mạnh chuyển đổi số – thực hiện chủ đề năm học “Đổi mới tư duy, chuyển biến
mạnh mẽ, kết quả thực chất”, đề xuất các giải pháp ứng dụng công nghệ, khai
thác nền tảng số nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị và giảng dạy.
- Về nâng
cao chất lượng giáo dục: Đồng chí Kiều Thị Quyên - Tổ trưởng tổ
Năng khiếu nhấn mạnh vai trò quyết định của đội ngũ qua tham luận “Nâng cao
chất lượng đội ngũ, chất lượng giáo dục đại trà, chất lượng vào lớp 10 và giáo
dục mũi nhọn học sinh giỏi lớp 9”.
- Về xây dựng
khối đoàn kết và giáo dục toàn diện: Đồng chí Trịnh Thị Hiền
Lương – GV tổ KHXH đóng góp tham luận “Phát huy dân chủ cơ sở, đẩy mạnh
phong trào thi đua, xây dựng đoàn kết, rèn nền nếp, phát triển kỹ năng cho học
sinh”.
Đoàn Chủ tịch đã trực tiếp lắng nghe,
giải đáp thấu đáo và tiếp thu các ý kiến đóng góp tâm huyết, xác đáng từ cán bộ,
giáo viên nhà trường để hoàn thiện phương hướng, nhiệm vụ năm học.

Căn cứ Luật dân chủ tại cơ sở, hội
nghị đã tiến hành quy trình bầu Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ 2026 – 2028. Với
tinh thần nghiêm túc, công khai, 100% đại biểu đã biểu quyết nhất trí bầu 05 đồng
chí có uy tín, phẩm chất đạo đức tốt và năng lực chuyên môn vào Ban Thanh tra
nhân dân:

Amid the vibrant
atmosphere of the new academic year, Do Ngoc Du Secondary School successfully
held the 2026–2027 Conference of Staff and Employees on September 28, 2026, in
the School Council Meeting Room. The conference provided an important
opportunity to review the school's achievements and performance during the
previous academic year, while promoting democratic participation, strengthening
solidarity, and encouraging creativity among the school's staff as the school
moves forward with its goals for comprehensive development.

The program opened
with lively musical performances by the Youth Union, creating an energetic
atmosphere before the official proceedings began.
At the conference,
Ms. Pham Thi Hao, Secretary of the
Party Committee and Principal, presented a report reviewing the
implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, as well as the State's
laws and regulations. She also reviewed the responsibilities of the school
leadership in implementing the school's annual work plan. The report
highlighted that, throughout the previous academic year, the school community
had maintained a strong spirit of solidarity, discipline and professionalism,
while achieving many encouraging results.

Continuing the
program, Mr. Nguyen Truong Sinh, Deputy
Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Principal, presented a review
of the 2025–2026 academic year
and outlined the plan for implementing professional and educational tasks in
the 2026–2027 academic year. Key
priorities for the new academic year include improving the quality of
comprehensive education, promoting the effective use of technology and digital
transformation in teaching and learning, and further enhancing the school's
educational quality and reputation within the local community.
One of the key
discussions at the conference focused on reviewing and approving the school's
internal regulations. In the spirit of transparency and democratic
participation, delegates discussed and reached consensus on a comprehensive set
of regulations covering professional activities, internal expenditure, school
organization and operations, job positions, employee management and labor
contracts, monthly performance assessment, emulation and commendation,
financial disclosure, public asset management, the exercise of democracy,
citizen reception, and the school's cultural code of conduct. The conference
also considered regulations concerning the welfare and well-being of staff and
teachers, the operation of the Staff Welfare Committee, and the working orientations
of the People's Inspection Board for the 2026–2028 term.
The strong
consensus reached on these regulations provides a solid foundation for
maintaining a transparent, fair and effective working environment throughout
the academic year.

In line with the
academic year's theme, “Innovating
Mindsets, Driving Strong Transformation, Delivering Tangible Results”, the
conference featured three insightful presentations addressing key priorities in
the school's development.
- Digital Transformation and School Governance
Ms. Pham Thi
Huong, Head of the Natural Sciences Team 1, presented “Fostering Innovation in
School Governance and Accelerating Digital Transformation – Implementing the
Academic Year's Theme: ‘Innovating Mindsets, Driving Strong Transformation,
Delivering Tangible Results.’” Her presentation highlighted practical solutions
for harnessing technology and digital platforms to improve school management
and enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
- Improving
educational quality
Ms. Kieu Thi
Quyen, Head of the Special Subjects Team, highlighted the crucial role of the
teaching staff in improving educational outcomes through her presentation, “Enhancing
Staff Quality, Improving Mainstream Education, Grade 10 Entrance Examination
Results, and Advanced Education for Grade 9 Gifted Students.”
- Building
solidarity and promoting comprehensive education
Ms. Trinh
Thi Hien Luong, a teacher from the Social Sciences Team, delivered the presentation “Promoting Democratic
Participation, Strengthening Emulation Movements, Building Solidarity,
Fostering Discipline, and Developing Students' Skills.”
The Presidium
listened attentively to the presentations, addressed the issues raised, and
welcomed the thoughtful and practical recommendations put forward by the
school's teachers and staff. These valuable contributions will help shape and
refine the school's priorities and action plans for the new academic year.

conference, Mr. Tran Trong The, Head of
the School Parents' Representative Board, acknowledged and praised the
dedication and achievements of the teachers and students of Do Ngoc Du

academic year, the school would continue to embrace innovation, strengthen cooperation
among all members of the school community, and further enhance the quality of
teaching and learning.
